Can you teach an old dog new tricks?

The term vintage is tossed around here and there in the world of fashion, but can old be new again? Consignment stores are heaven for hardcore fashionistas on a budget. When shopping for vintage clothing look for stuff that matches modern day trends or that mirror classic iconic looks that never go out of style. I shop consignment all the time and the thrill of finding a designer labeled item can be almost intoxicating. I mean I guess feeling that way about clothing is natural right ? Resale shops can be quite the steal and reusing old clothing means that that beautiful Chanel sweater won't go to waste.

As the Count Down Begins

As the school year closes out one thing is on our minds......summer. What will summer bring? A new romance perhaps? Maybe summer will bring about a new found freedom? We all know summer is about discovering ourselves and our limits but what about discovering our own style? Summer is all about trying new things and reinventing ourselves without the watchful eyes of our peers. Pushing the boundaries is what summer is about. Sometimes change is a good thing.
